Eunice Lin is currently pursuing a Master of Music in Cello Performance at the University of North Texas under the guidance of Horacio Contreras, having previously studied with Professor Cheng I-Ching and Hsiao Wen-Yen. She graduated from University of Taipei in  Education and has received numerous honors, including first prize at the Yilan County Music Competition (Elementary Cello, Senior Division) and third prize at the New Taipei City Music Competition (High School Cello). During her high school and university years, she frequently represented her schools in national competitions in chamber ensembles, piano quintet, and piano trio, while also participating in string quartets and masterclasses with internationally renowned artists such as Sharon Laredo, Patrice Jackson, and Xavier Gagnepain.

 

Beyond her academic training, Lin has performed with symphony orchestras in major venues including the National Concert Hall in Taipei, and has joined international exchange tours to Beijing, the United States, and Japan. In 2023, she attended the MusicAlp Festival in France, further expanding her international artistic experience. From 2022 to 2024, she also served as a cello coach for several elementary and middle school orchestras, and in 2024 she was awarded the Outstanding Student Teacher Scholarship and earned her Teaching Program Certificate, demonstrating excellence in both performance and education.
