Chinese pianist Chenyang Wu has been hailed as "a brilliant young artist and a sensational pianist" by Marc Silverman. Her talent has taken her to stages in the United States, Italy, Spain, Japan, and China. 

She was recently awarded the Honorable Mention Prize from the VII International Piano Competition "City of Vigo-Galicia" (Spain). She was invited to perform at the XVI Piano Festival in Bolzano, Bozen, in 2022. Additionally, she was the winner of the Golden Classical Music Award International Competition and the 1st World Piano E-Competition in Napolinova (Italy). She received second prize in the Muse International Music Competition in 2020. 

Ms. Wu is pursuing a doctoral degree in piano performance under Prof. Vladimir Viardo at the University of North Texas. She graduated from the Manhattan School of Music in 2021 with a master's degree in piano performance under Prof. Alexandre Moutouzkine. She finished her undergraduate degree at the Central Conservatory of Music (Beijing, China) in 2019 under Prof. Xi You. 

 

旅美⻘年钢琴家吴谌阳被美国曼哈顿音乐学院钢琴系主任 Marc Silverman 誉为“才华横溢 的⻘年艺术家和出色的钢琴家“。她的才华和对音乐的热爱使她多次登上了美国、意大 利、⻄班牙、法国、日本、和中国的舞台。 

吴谌阳出生于贵州。5 岁起随父习琴。9 岁以第二名的成绩考入武汉音乐学院附小师从王 暹副教授。后考入中国音乐学院附中师从王遒副教授。2015 年以优异的成绩考入中央音 乐学院钢琴演奏专业，师从著名钢琴家由熹教授。值得一提的是，在校期间，她曾作为钢 琴室内乐优秀生在中央音乐学院优秀生音乐会中进行钢琴三重奏展演。 

2019 年，她成功考入了美国曼哈顿音乐学院钢琴演奏专业，跟随 Alexandre Moutouzkine 教授学习并于 2021 年获得了钢琴演奏硕士学位。随着她的才华不断展现，她于 2021 年 以最高奖学金的方式被北德克萨斯音乐学院录取继续攻读钢琴演奏博士学位，师从范·克 莱本国际钢琴大赛金奖得主、俄国涅高兹学派嫡传弟子 Vladimir Viardo 大师。 

读博期间，她于 2022 年 9 月在第三届 Bolzano-Bozen 国际钢琴音乐节中受邀在意大利蒙 特威尔第国立音乐学院成功举办个人独奏音乐会并有幸得到刘诗昆老师的指导。2023 年 5 月她被授予第七届⻄班牙维戈国际钢琴比赛荣誉奖。在疫情学习期间，她获得的奖项包 括:2020 年金色古典音乐奖国际比赛第一名，并受邀于 2021 年 12 月在卡内基音乐厅演 奏;2020 年意大利拿波里诺娃世界钢琴比赛第一名;2020 年缪斯国际音乐比赛第二名; 2020 年美国未来之星国际钢琴比赛第 4 名。 

除此之外，她还获得了 2016 年海伦杯全国⻘少年钢琴比赛暨 17 届大阪国际音乐大赛中 国区决赛钢琴专业⻘年组第一名;2016 年第二届意大利 Maccagno 国际钢琴音乐节&钢 琴比赛中获得意大利现代作品最佳演奏奖。
