Schedule: Monday–Saturday, primarily 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

 

About the Role

Royal Music Academy is seeking passionate and experienced part-time piano instructors to join our distinguished faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality private and group instruction to students ranging in age from 4 to adult. This role requires a commitment to nurturing musical growth, fostering creativity, and cultivating a lifelong appreciation for music in a supportive learning environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Deliver engaging private and group piano lessons for students ages 4 and up

• Integrate music theory, sight-reading, and basic composition into lesson plans

• Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and assessments

• Serve as a judge or evaluator during academy events and recitals

• Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development

• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head or administration

 

 

Qualifications

 

• Minimum one year of experience teaching piano to young children and adolescents

• Strong pedagogical skills and a warm, student-centered teaching approach

• Bachelor’s degree in music or equivalent teaching/performance experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
